Subscription Policy – HIM+

1. Overview
HIM+ offers optional subscription plans that allow customers to receive products on a recurring basis.
By subscribing, you agree to the terms described in this Subscription Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions are entirely optional and must be actively selected by the customer during checkout.
2. Customer Consent
Subscriptions are not pre-selected by default on our website.
Customers must actively choose the subscription option themselves by selecting the subscription purchase option during checkout.
By selecting this option and completing the purchase, you confirm that:

You voluntarily opted into the subscription

You understand recurring billing will occur

You agree to the minimum commitment described below
Your subscription is activated only after you have manually selected the subscription option and completed checkout.
3. Minimum Commitment
When subscribing to a HIM+ subscription plan, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) total billing cycles.
This includes:

1 initial payment at checkout
-
2 additional automatic subscription payments
This means that three total charges are required before cancellation becomes available.
By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this minimum commitment.
4. Billing & Recurring Payments
After the initial purchase, your selected payment method will be automatically charged according to the subscription schedule.
Billing will occur on the same day of each billing cycle, depending on the frequency selected at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may only be canceled after the minimum three billing cycles have been completed.
After this period, you may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails:

We may retry the payment using the payment method on file

Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be processed
7. Subscription Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription programs at any time.
If changes affect existing subscriptions, customers will be notified in advance when reasonably possible.
8. Refund Policy for Subscriptions
Subscription purchases remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds are not issued for subscription payments already processed unless required by law or approved at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for:

By completing a subscription purchase, you confirm that you knowingly and voluntarily opted into the subscription plan
