1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Return requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered personal care products, including but not limited to body butters, skincare, grooming, or fragrance-infused products.
Do not send products back to the manufacturer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

Opened or used personal care or cosmetic products

Items purchased at a discount, during promotions, or marked as sale / final sale

Gift cards

Digital or downloadable products

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
4. Refund Approval Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We reserve the right to deny refunds for returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.
5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for:

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, contact us at contact@forhimplus.com with:

Photos of the defective or damaged item
Approved exchanges must be returned to the address provided by our support team.
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a store credit once the return is approved
If the item was not marked as a gift:

Any refund will be issued to the original purchaser
9. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
