Return & Refund Policy – HUSHTOGETHER

Return Period

You have 45 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain personal care or health items. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases such as: books with obvious signs of use, opened CDs/DVDs/video games/software/vinyl records/tapes, items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation. You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable time.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, and finally your bank—processing times may vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@hushtogether.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@hushtogether.com and return it to: Unit B6, 12th Floor, Wing Wah Building, No. 677 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return once it’s received. If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the original buyer, the refund will be sent to that person.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: Unit B6, 12th Floor, Wing Wah Building, No. 677 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
